I’m a mother, a pilot’s wife, a feminist and an
educator. I love maps and I love travelling. I have an incurable case of wanderlust. I want to share my love of
travelling with my children. I believe that this day in age there is even a
greater need for our children to understand and be exposed to diversity through
culture, religion and geography and to fall in love with adventure and curiosity.
To develop into compassionate, accepting human beings who will be strong allies
and advocates for inclusivity in our society. I want to unfold the map together
with my family and share the world with them. As Henry Miller once said, "One's destination is never a place
but a new way of seeing things" ~Henry Miller
The
one souvenir that I hope my children cherish is their passport- not little
trinkets, or fridge magnets or selfies but the stories that can be told from
those pages.
"Of all the books in the world, the best stories are found between the pages of a passport"
